The Pleitez Lavender field and historic home is located on 3 acres just outside of Turlock, CA. We started our field 6 years ago with an experimental plot of 160 plants. We grow 5 varieties of culinary lavender in addition to decorative varieties.
We have found that lavender brings an exceptional dimension to dining. It takes food from sustenance to experience.
